Product Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based onsite in New York City or San Francisco (5 days per week)

Salary: $180,000 – $210,000

What you will do

• Architect and steward product strategy across critical staffing and marketplace workflows.
• Solve complex marketplace problems by balancing customer needs, operational realities, and business outcomes.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to execute solutions and write detailed product requirements.
• Build systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency.
• Translate operational complexity into scalable product systems and smart internal tooling.
• Use data to uncover hidden patterns and answer critical marketplace and customer questions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong experience in two-sided marketplaces with real supply and demand dynamics.
• Experience building enterprise products with multi-stakeholder customers and complex operational environments.
• Experience building internal operational tooling or systems that supported real business execution.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to work deeply with engineering teams.
• Desire to work in a startup environment with a wide surface area.
