Creative Producer (Video Production): Leading end-to-end marketing asset production for Sandisk’s NPI team, from creative concepting and pre-production through video and photo shoots, post-production, approvals, and final delivery with an accent on branded visual content and production coordination. Focus on managing external vendors, enforcing brand guidelines, coordinating multi-stakeholder feedback, and delivering organized assets in the correct formats.
Location: Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia — onsite at the Penang SDSM Office

What you will do
- Interpret creative briefs and lead brainstorming sessions to develop visual concepts, storyboards, mood boards, and supporting design assets.
- Manage pre-production approvals, vendor briefings, production logistics, locations, talent, product samples, costings, rights, licenses, and release documentation.
- Lead video and photo shoots, ensuring creative execution, product representation, scene composition, and brand compliance.
- Review vendor edits, including animation, titles, supers, and graphic elements, with internal stakeholders.
- Own feedback loops, revision rounds, final approvals, asset delivery, and organized production-file libraries.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in account management, creative operations, or project coordination within marketing, video production, design, or agency environments.
- BA in Mass Communications, Video Production, Multimedia, Design, or a related field.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate briefs into compelling creative concepts.
- Experience managing external vendors, feedback loops, revision cycles, and multi-stakeholder approvals.
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines and their application across creative outputs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different production stages and timelines while working effectively with culturally diverse cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- On-set experience managing video and photo productions.
- Portfolio demonstrating video production and design work.
- Experience working with regional and global stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Adobe tools, 3DS Max, DaVinci Resolve, motion graphics, and AI tools such as Sora, Runway, Veo, Kling, or Firefly.
