What you will do

• Create gaming and social content designed to drive views, likes, comments, shares, and retention.
• Edit raw footage into polished, platform-native videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Optimize hooks, pacing, structure, and creative formats based on platform algorithms and performance metrics.
• Track creator trends, gaming culture, emerging formats, and editing techniques to keep content relevant.
• Participate in brainstorms, kickoffs, and strategy discussions while collaborating with cross-functional teams on rapid requests.
• Mentor Creators and, when applicable, Art Directors and Copywriters on ideation, execution, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional creative experience producing social content across platforms.
• Professional experience as a video editor, preferably in advertising, digital media, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of gaming, including gameplay meta, loadouts, strategies, terminology, character lore, creator content, and esports highlights.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Ability to execute video and motion design projects from start to finish.
• Understanding of social platform audiences, best practices, performance metrics, collaboration, and self-directed execution.
