Associate Producer

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States. Hybrid schedule with in-office and on-location work three days per week; travel for productions may include evenings and weekends.

Salary: $65,000–$90,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Collaborate with agency partners, internal producers, and cross-functional leads during ideation and production planning.
• Assess project feasibility, identify resources, and develop production plans for socially led campaigns with budgets up to $250,000.
• Build timelines and budgets, identify roadblocks, and propose creative and operational solutions.
• Act as a client-facing production contact and coordinate agency and external production partners.
• Confirm trafficking, versioning, metadata, deliverables, vendor paperwork, and invoicing.
• Support senior producers on larger and more complex campaigns.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of production experience in an agency, production company, or equivalent environment.
• Production finance experience, including budget tracking, project wrap, vendor payments, and crew timecards.
• Experience in one or more areas such as social, digital, print, experiential and events, post-production, podcasts, DOOH/OOH, PR, or influencer kit fabrication.
• Working knowledge of union and non-union production considerations.
• Collaborative communication skills and the ability to manage pressure and tight deadlines.
• Proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven approach.
