Industry Solutions Analyst (Aerospace & Defense)

Location: El Segundo, California, United States. Applicants must be U.S. persons under ITAR requirements.

What you will do

• Own government proposal development from RFP and RFI interpretation through compliant submission.
• Coordinate engineering, program management, and finance inputs into complete proposals.
• Manage proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and submission deadlines.
• Build and refine presentations for government, customer, investor, and internal audiences.
• Draft executive memos, briefs, updates, narratives, talking points, and briefing documents.
• Create internal educational content explaining the business, markets, and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in proposals, consulting, corporate strategy, engineering, or executive support involving customer-facing or investor-facing materials.
• Strong writing and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to adapt communication for government submissions and plain-language explanations.
• Ability to understand engineering concepts and financial details and translate them accurately for non-specialist audiences.
• Proficiency in presentation design and the ability to produce polished, non-templated decks.
• Strong organization and deadline management across multiple high-stakes deliverables.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with government proposal processes and FAR-based solicitations.
• Technical or quantitative background, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn engineering and financial subject matter.
