Associate, Growth Acceleration

Location: New York - Park Avenue, United States; onsite in the New York Office

Base salary: $125,000-$160,000 annually, plus potential annual discretionary bonuses and long-term incentive programs for eligible employees.

What you will do

• Conduct primary research, review market intelligence, and analyze competitive dynamics across potential investments and portfolio companies.
• Design and own project workstreams, including work planning, quality control, execution, and analyst coordination.
• Build market models and assess market sizing thresholds such as TAM, SAM, and vended markets.
• Synthesize findings into proprietary market perspectives and executive-level presentations for investors, founders, and senior executives.
• Partner with internal subject matter experts and portfolio company leaders on go-to-market, pricing, operational efficiency, and AI/data science initiatives.
• Develop internal intellectual property, diagnostic frameworks, playbooks, reusable assets, and AI implementation strategies while mentoring analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience at a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Strong analytical thinking, intuition, project management, prioritization, judgment, and attention to detail.
• Experience owning final deliverables on client-facing projects and working effectively under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-functional organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional presence and confidence interacting with senior executives.
