Salary: Starting from £86,000 in London; final compensation is commensurate with experience, skills, and location.

hirify.global develops the DX-1 decode accelerator, a rack-scale AI hardware platform designed to improve system-level performance through co-design of logic, data movement, packaging, optics, and interconnect.

What you will do

• Support and guide people managers on day-to-day HR matters and leadership development.
• Provide operational guidance on compliance with UK and US employment law.
• Contribute to people practices that support business goals and a high-performance culture.
• Handle employee relations matters and support People operations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other teams on company-wide projects.
• Act as a cultural ambassador and demonstrate hirify.global values.

Requirements

• Experience in an HR role within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
• Good knowledge of UK employment legislation and some exposure to US employment law.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organisational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work at pace, and navigate ambiguity pragmatically.
• Analytical approach with the ability to use data to support people decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in deep tech or hardware-driven environments with scarce, highly specialised talent.
