Bilingual Channel Marketing Specialist (German or French), EMEA

Location: Must permanently reside in Ireland. Hybrid work is available within commuting distance of the Cork office; fully remote work is available outside commuting distance. Travel of approximately 20–25% is required.

What you will do

• Support integrated channel marketing plans that drive demand generation, partner enablement, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with channel sales on co-branded campaigns for resellers, distributors, and technology alliances.
• Coordinate partner marketing assets, including datasheets, email templates, battlecards, and campaign kits.
• Plan and execute partner events, lunch-and-learns, webinars, conferences, and summits.
• Maintain the partner portal, localize content, and support onboarding through training materials and launch announcements.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, partner feedback, campaign performance, engagement, and ROI.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of B2B marketing experience, with interest in channel, partner, or field marketing.
• Fluency in English and either German or French is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting go-to-market strategies across resellers, distributors, and technology alliances.
• Experience localizing content and campaigns across multiple regions or markets.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and partner portals such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Magentrix.
• Project management, analytical, cross-functional collaboration, adaptability, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology sectors.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally and operate or rent a vehicle for company activities.
