Regional Marketing Specialist, UKI & Nordics (6 Month Fixed Term)

Location: UK, London; office or hybrid based. Up to 30% travel within Europe.

What you will do

• Work with direct sales to align regional marketing goals with business objectives and support growth.
• Execute demand generation campaigns across digital channels, gated content, and third-party media.
• Plan, organize, and deliver trade shows, roadshows, lectures, partner conferences, and webinars.
• Build and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns for target segments.
• Analyze event, webinar, and campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of the AEC industry, customer workflows, and construction technology.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage projects from idea through execution, including timelines, resources, budgets, deliverables, and reporting.
• Strong project and program management skills, attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with common office and cloud applications; experience marketing SaaS and cloud offerings.

Nice to have

• Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, ON24, Power BI, and Asana.
