What you will do

• Own vertical GTM execution by launching and scaling field marketing across construction, med spas, and manufacturing.
• Build relationships in the market through on-site customer meetings, industry events, and partnerships.
• Translate field insights into improved messaging, landing pages, and demand-gen strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering to turn successful field motions into scalable automation and tooling.
• Experiment with new channels and campaigns, iterating rapidly based on performance data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, growth, demand generation, or sales.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for on-site work.
• Proven track record of launching or scaling new markets or verticals, ideally in B2B or services-heavy industries.
• Ability to own outcomes tied directly to pipeline and revenue.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize field insights into actionable playbooks.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-velocity startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in construction, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors.
• Prior startup experience in early-stage GTM teams.
• Ability to create fast, native content (short-form video, social-first) to feed demand generation.
