Senior Manager, Field Marketing (Healthcare AI)

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 base salary plus equity

What you will do

• Own the strategy, planning, and execution of field marketing events across North America.
• Build regional field marketing calendars with sales and SDR teams, prioritizing markets, accounts, and event formats.
• Develop pre-event, onsite, and post-event engagement strategies for sponsored, third-party, and regional events.
• Partner with sales, SDR, demand generation, content, product marketing, brand, and sales operations teams to generate meetings and pipeline.
• Manage event budgets, attendee-list assignment processes, follow-up workflows, and pipeline attribution.
• Build reporting and dashboards covering meetings, opportunities, sourced pipeline, cost per opportunity, ROI, and overall event impact.

Requirements

• 6+ years of field marketing experience at a high-growth B2B technology company.
• Demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue through field marketing programs.
• Strong project management, communication, organization, and operational skills across multiple programs and stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with sales, SDR, content, product marketing, demand generation, and sales operations teams.
• Customer-focused approach and experience creating meaningful customer and prospect interactions at events.
• Must be based in the USA for this remote role.

• Experience in healthcare, health IT, or selling to provider organizations.
• Experience building programs from zero to one at an early-stage or high-growth company.
• Experience with AI or voice technology companies.
