Founders Office Associate

Location: On-site in Latin America, with locations in São Paulo, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Santiago, or Mexico City

What you will do

• Partner directly with the founders on strategic and operational priorities.
• Evaluate and launch new markets through research, business cases, and go-to-market execution.
• Lead cross-functional projects across operations, growth, product, and partnerships.
• Build financial models, operational frameworks, and performance dashboards.
• Identify bottlenecks, develop solutions, and execute initiatives end-to-end.
• Support hiring, vendor selection, partnerships, market entry, and other critical business initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or a high-growth startup.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to structure complex problems and execute independently.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
• Ability to work across multiple functions and priorities in demanding environments.
