Front Office Consultant (FinTech)

What you will do

• Gather, scope, and document client capital markets requirements and map them to Calypso Standard Reference Model functions and processes.
• Design, configure, and test Calypso solutions, including standard configurations and approved deviations.
• Validate delivered solutions with client end-users and support Blueprint, Foundation, Execution, SIT, UAT, Migration, and Go-live phases.
• Identify product gaps, coordinate enhancement testing with Product and technical teams, and support deployment and client validation.
• Train users on system functionality, client configuration, use cases, and new features.

Requirements

• Strong functional experience with one or more asset classes, including FX, fixed income and money markets, interest rate derivatives, FX derivatives, credit derivatives, equities, equity derivatives, commodities, or commodity derivatives.
• Knowledge of product valuation and market, counterparty credit, and liquidity risk methodologies.
• Strong written and spoken Spanish and English proficiency required.
• Ability to summarize complex ideas clearly, understand customer requirements, and work effectively across teams.
• Analytical thinking, effective communication, results orientation, teamwork, transparency, and accountability.

Nice to have

• Portuguese proficiency.
• Understanding of front-to-back business units and overall process flows.
