TL;DR
Axiom Consultant (software implementation and process management): Implementing and configuring software platforms for clients through requirements workshops, technical setup, customization, and end-user training with an accent on functional requirements and implementation quality. Focus on configuring applications within project boundaries, performing onsite or remote installations, and translating technical and project information into sales proposals.

Location: Bogota-Tinkko, Colombia; client-site or remote work may be required

What you will do

  • Implement, configure, install, and technically set up software platforms according to project plans and functional requirements.
  • Conduct customer workshops to define detailed product requirements.
  • Customize software effectively while maintaining implementation scope and quality.
  • Prepare and deliver product training for end users and administrators.
  • Provide functional, technical, and project information for commercial proposals and sales documentation.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and share product knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience and strong interest in software implementation and process management.
  • Ability to perform installations and technical setups onsite at client locations or through remote connections.
  • Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
  • Experience with GRC, application functionality, technical IT subjects, and related products is advantageous.
