TL;DR
Calypso Consultant (Fintech): Designing, configuring, testing, and delivering Calypso solutions for capital markets clients in LATAM with an accent on requirements mapping, asset-class functionality, and risk methodologies. Focus on validating client solutions through SIT, UAT, migration, and go-live, closing product gaps, training users, and supporting Front-to-Back financial workflows.
Location: LATAM, based in Mexico City, São Paulo, Santiago, or Bogotá

What you will do
- Gather, scope, and document client capital markets requirements and map them to Calypso Standard Reference Model functions and processes.
- Design, configure, and test Calypso solutions, including standard configurations and deviations from the reference model.
- Support client delivery through blueprint, foundation, execution, SIT, UAT, migration, and go-live phases.
- Identify product gaps, coordinate enhancement testing with Product and technical teams, and support deployment and client validation.
- Train users on system functionality, client configurations, use cases, and new features.
Requirements
- Experience working for a software vendor in a Calypso solution design or consultancy role within the capital markets industry.
- Strong functional experience with one or more asset classes, including FX, fixed income and money markets, interest rate derivatives, FX derivatives, credit derivatives, equities, equity derivatives, or commodities.
- Knowledge of product valuation and market, counterparty credit, and liquidity risk methodologies.
- Strong written and spoken Spanish and English proficiency required.
- Strategic mindset, customer orientation, analytical thinking, effective communication, accountability, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to summarize complex ideas clearly and simply; understanding Front-to-Back business processes is desirable.

- Portuguese proficiency.
- Understanding of Front-to-Back business units as an overall process flow.
