TL;DR

Finance Solutions Engineer (SaaS): Partnering with the Sales team to build high-impact Proofs of Concept (POCs) and manage demo environments for a leading business planning platform with an accent on financial modeling and storytelling. Focus on translating complex customer requirements into compelling dashboards and evolving demo assets to drive deal success.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the office in Buenos Aires, Argentina

What you will do

  • Design and build POCs that demonstrate product value to prospective customers.
  • Translate customer requirements into functional hirify.global models and dashboards.
  • Own and maintain demo environments to ensure they reflect the latest product capabilities.
  • Create new demo assets and use cases tailored to different industries and segments.
  • Shape repeatable POC frameworks, demo templates, and playbooks.
  • Integrate new product developments into real-world demo scenarios.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting.
  • Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics and B2B/B2C business models.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
  • High learning velocity and comfort picking up new software tools.
  • Must be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Nice to have

  • Experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing analytics.
  • Background in building or maintaining demo environments.
  • Exposure to financial planning or BI tools.
  • Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
