Salary: $90,000–$130,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Coach Scrum teams on Scrum concepts, Agile values, and principles.
• Organize and facilitate Scrum events to improve productivity and learning.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on product backlog maintenance and prioritization.
• Mentor development teams toward self-organization and efficiency.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, and Sprint commitments.
• Track and communicate capacity, velocity, release planning, quality, and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Scrum environment and with Agile methodologies.
• Intermediate experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum project management frameworks.
• Intermediate proficiency with Atlassian, Azure, Microsoft Office applications, and software development lifecycle workflows.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification required.

Nice to have

• Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) certification.
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM II) certification.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
