What you will do

• Lead Agile practices and transformation for network and IT operations teams.
• Facilitate Scrum and other Agile ceremonies while coaching teams new to Agile.
• Optimize workflows, manage backlogs, and establish sustainable delivery practices.
• Configure and administer Jira Software and Jira Align.
• Track Agile and delivery metrics across operational environments.
• Support incident management and coordinate high-severity events.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience leading Agile practices in operational, infrastructure, or production support environments.
• Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and flow-based systems.
• Experience working with high volumes of unplanned work and supporting network or infrastructure teams.
• Strong communication skills and operational awareness.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise networking concepts, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Agile certification such as CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, ICA-ACC, or similar.
