Junior Scrum Master (Agile)

Location: Remote in Connecticut, with potential on-site client engagement. Applicants must be legal US citizens residing in the continental United States; Puerto Rico is excluded.

Salary: $50,500–$93,800 per year

What you will do

• Support and co-facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Track blockers and escalate impediments for timely resolution.
• Help teams stay aligned with sprint goals and maintain focus.
• Maintain visibility into sprint progress, backlog status, and deliverables.
• Participate in retrospectives and support continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in software development, project coordination, or agile environments.
• Basic knowledge of Scrum ceremonies, roles, workflows, and agile principles.
• Foundational facilitation, organization, tracking, and problem-identification skills.
• Clear communication and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to support a client account requiring ITAR compliance and proof of US citizenship.
• Must reside in the continental United States and be legally authorized as a US citizen; a background check and drug test are required.
