Senior Scrum Master

Location: Onsite in Miami, Florida. The posting also lists Atlanta under Conditions.

Salary: $73,150–$174,000 base compensation annually.

What you will do

• Coordinate delivery across multiple cross-functional Agile teams and align work with Scrum practices.
• Serve as a servant leader and coach, helping teams become self-organized, accountable, and high-performing.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve impediments, risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery roadblocks.
• Partner with Product Owners on backlog prioritization, refinement, and sprint readiness.
• Track Agile metrics, report progress, improve delivery predictability, and support scaled Agile transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Coach in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies, with experience coaching multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence without direct authority while managing dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Miami, Florida.

Nice to have

• Experience in scaled Agile environments and knowledge of SAFe or similar frameworks.
• Experience supporting Agile transformations and organizational change initiatives.
• CSM, PSM, SSM, or related Scrum and SAFe certification.
