Senior Scrum Master

Location: Remote from the United States, with the ability to travel to office locations as needed

Salary: $93,937–$126,815 annually

What you will do

• Coordinate and support multiple cross-functional Agile development teams in a Scrum @ Scale environment.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives, cross-team planning, and scaled inspect-and-adapt events.
• Teach, coach, and mentor teams and leaders on Lean, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principles.
• Identify and remove impediments, including cross-team dependencies and organizational barriers.
• Partner with Product Owners to align product vision, goals, customer value, and backlog health.
• Support organizational change and continuous improvement using Kaizen, ADKAR, and other change management methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Agile, project management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience working on Scrum teams and applying Lean principles.
• At least 1 year of experience in a scaled environment, preferably Scrum @ Scale or SAFe.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, teaching, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work in an evolving and ambiguous environment with a bias for action.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and travel to office locations as needed.

Nice to have

• Advanced credential from Scrum Alliance, Scrum Inc., Scrum.org, or ICAgile.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Office 365.
• Experience with DevSecOps teams and scaled frameworks.
• Experience working across warehouse management systems, ERPs, financial systems, and data warehouses.
