Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: United States; remote-first team

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Deliver business impact across product capabilities and technical systems autonomously.
• Design, build, and scale customer-facing fullstack product solutions.
• Collaborate with QA, Product Management, UX, Data, product designers, and software engineers throughout the SDLC and release cycles.
• Estimate work, align architecture with organizational goals, and implement development best practices.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 6+ years building customer-facing applications in collaboration with Product Management, UX, and Data.
• 6+ years of Rails and Ruby experience.
• 4+ years with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, NextJS, CSS, and Figma.
• 3+ years architecting fullstack applications.
• 2+ years with AWS and/or Kubernetes with Istio.
• 6+ months of AI-native SDLC usage with Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or a similar tool.

Nice to have

• Experience with on-call rotations and documented SLAs, SLOs, RPOs, and RTOs.
• Experience with Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Fellow, PagerDuty, Datadog, SendGrid, or Code Climate.
