Growth Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA — onsite five days a week at the Financial District office

What you will do

• Improve virality and the invite flow to make inviting new users faster, smoother, and more discoverable.
• Design and run experiments around credits, incentives, conversion, and monetization.
• Build dashboards and metrics for invites per user, free-to-paid conversion, and credit economics.
• Design personal-to-team upgrade flows and make team formation effortless.
• Build enterprise readiness features, including admin controls and member-level functionality.
• Integrate enterprise SSO and collaborate with product, go-to-market, and business teams.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping product quickly in growth or product engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of product-led growth mechanics and go-to-market fundamentals.
• Ability to instrument metrics, analyze funnels, and run experiment-driven product iterations.
• Comfort defining technical direction in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with go-to-market and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in person in San Francisco five days per week.
