Founding Growth Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in London or New York

Salary: $100K–$250K base salary, depending on skills and experience

What you will do

• Analyze product usage and user behavior with PostHog, Grafana, Datadog, and similar dashboards.
• Use product insights to guide growth marketing and increase engagement across the customer base.
• Develop creative top-of-funnel experiments across SEO content, paid advertising, conferences, and events.
• Build workflows to identify unengaged users and test strategies to improve product usage.
• Define key product and growth metrics and optimize the pre-sale and post-sale pipeline.
• Work across engineering, product, marketing, and go-to-market functions with significant autonomy.

Requirements

• Strong frontend-leaning software engineering skills.
• Strong product sense.
• Interest in growth and the business side of product development.
• Technical ex-founder or software engineering experience with a high degree of autonomy is relevant.

Nice to have

• Experience with product analytics tools such as PostHog, Datadog, or Grafana.
• Experience launching or growing products.
