Salary: $165,000–$250,000 annual base salary, plus equity and performance bonus

What you will do

• Own product growth across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion for creators and players.
• Identify and prioritize high-leverage opportunities across both sides of the platform.
• Build user understanding through data, experiments, feedback, and direct observation.
• Run rigorous experiments and partner with engineering and design on onboarding, discovery, viral, and activation experiences.
• Improve the creator journey from first visit to first published game by reducing friction and accelerating time-to-value.
• Define core metrics, document learnings, and use agentic tools to automate workflows and uncover insights.

Requirements

• Track record of shipping experiments, features, or systems that improved activation, retention, engagement, or conversion.
• Strong fluency in data and analytics, including product analytics tools and experiment design.
• Strong product sense, including identifying high-leverage opportunities, scoping MVPs, and shipping effectively.
• Clear communication and exceptional documentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Palo Alto.

Nice to have

• Experience growing a two-sided marketplace, creator platform, or consumer social product.
• Familiarity with viral growth mechanics and community-led growth loops.
• Experience building a growth function from scratch at an early-stage company.
• Comfort working on AI-integrated product experiences.
