Senior Deployment Technical Program Manager (Warehouse Automation)

Location: Remote, United States; travel up to 30% to support rollout activities.

What you will do

• Integrate validated technologies and workflows from hirify.global Labs into pilot deployments at live production facilities.
• Develop scalable deployment playbooks for hardware installations, facility layout changes, and labor-management transitions.
• Manage cost, schedule, and risks for automation deployments across multiple distribution centers while minimizing operational disruption.
• Re-engineer warehouse workflows for multi-pass picking, dynamic slotting, co-mingled inventory, and new automation capabilities.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma continuous-improvement initiatives focused on travel distance, material flow, and throughput.
• Coordinate innovation, facility, engineering, product, vendor, and executive stakeholders through pilots and network-wide rollouts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Management, or complex cross-functional delivery.
• Experience managing hardware/software integration programs in operational or logistics environments.
• Strong understanding of time-and-motion studies, facility layout using AutoCAD, physical material flow, warehouse automation, robotics integration, or fulfillment operations.
• Experience leading vendor management processes, including RFPs, evaluation frameworks, and strategic partnerships.
• Strong execution discipline in agile, sprint-based, or similar iterative delivery methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in innovation labs, R&D environments, or advanced manufacturing and automation programs.
• Familiarity with warehouse data ecosystems and WMS, OMS, WES, and WCS architectures.
• Exposure to data science, simulation, digital twins, or AI-driven forecasting for operational optimization.
