Business Analyst, Card Scheme Compliance

Location: Onsite at the Center Valley, PA, Tampa, FL, or Atlanta, GA offices in the United States

What you will do

• Analyze and interpret regulations, product specifications, and business publications from Visa, Mastercard, and other major payment networks.
• Translate card scheme requirements into business operations, products, and systems.
• Monitor payment network updates involving fees, new products, technical changes, and regulations.
• Support product teams with the formulation and implementation of payment network-related projects.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Sales, Account Management, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Compliance departments.
• Execute cross-functional tasks and projects in situations without direct authority.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the payments or banking industry.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting payment network regulations, product specifications, and business publications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to organize and analyze large volumes of information accurately.
• Excellent project management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
