Business Systems Analyst Consultant

Location: In-office at the Dallas Innovation Center in Dallas, Texas; other possible locations include Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Strongsville, Ohio; Birmingham, Alabama; Farmers Branch, Texas; and Phoenix, Arizona.

What you will do

• Provide technology solutions for business opportunities and support the planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
• Identify, evaluate, and configure cost-effective systems that meet business requirements.
• Monitor client experiences and feedback on business applications and enhance system productivity.
• Provide senior-level consulting to internal business groups on process improvement projects.
• Analyze, define, and document client requirements and revise existing system logic when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, systems analysis, and solutions design.
• Knowledge of business process modeling, workflow analysis, IT environments, and IT project management.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• This is an in-office position in the United States; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
