Salary: $151,364–$220,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain licensing project schedules, including document preparation, review cycles, regulator review durations, and integration with overall project schedules.
  • Run licensing workflows through item assignment, action tracking, automated reminders, and active review and approval processes.
  • Maintain comment resolution and commitment trackers across letters, emails, meetings, and calls.
  • Coordinate inputs from licensing engineers, engineering, operations, and program owners, with clear deliverables and deadlines.
  • Assemble and control regulatory submittal packages, verifying completeness and consistency before transmittal.
  • Report progress, risks, and corrective actions while maintaining controlled reference libraries and current chapter baselines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
  • At least seven years of project experience in engineering, licensing, construction, operations, or a related area.
  • At least five years of experience in the nuclear field.
  • Experience with licensing or safety basis project management.
  • Experience coordinating regulator submittals and comment resolution.
  • U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status is required for work authorization.

Nice to have

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
