Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: New York office, with in-office presence required four days per week from Monday through Thursday. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Some travel and occasional evening or extended hours may be required.

Salary: $73,800–$105,400 annual base salary, excluding other compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance across corporate business functions.
• Partner with C-suite executives, vice presidents, directors, People Experience Business Partners, and business leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategies.
• Lead complex, confidential, business-critical searches from individual contributor through executive leadership levels.
• Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, talent mapping, competitive hiring trends, and recruiting recommendations.
• Develop sourcing strategies, executive search approaches, and proactive talent pipelines for active and passive candidates.
• Facilitate hiring strategy meetings, advise interview teams, and improve candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an in-house corporate environment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels, including executive, senior leadership, and highly specialized roles.
• Ability to manage multiple complex and confidential searches and influence senior stakeholders at VP level and above.
• Advanced sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, and executive search techniques.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Workday, plus strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience recruiting across the United States, Canada, and Latin America, with regional labor-market and cross-border recruiting knowledge. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
