Product Operations Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Improve product discovery, hypothesis formation, written craft, trade-off thinking, PRD templates, and product playbooks.
• Support product launches from readiness through post-launch operations, lifecycle campaigns, adoption tracking, and retrospectives.
• Build an insights layer from customer feedback, support tickets, client calls, JTBD research, competitive intelligence, and regulatory intelligence.
• Champion Heap or a comparable analytics platform through instrumentation, dashboards, and product health metrics.
• Build AI-augmented workflows for PRD drafting and review, research synthesis, sprint reporting, roadmap intelligence, and insight pipelines.
• Contribute to sprint reporting, roadmap mechanics, prioritization rhythms, and operating cadence alongside the Head of Product Operations.

Requirements

• Five to eight years of experience in Product Operations, Strategy and Operations, or a hybrid senior PM role at a scaled fintech or B2B SaaS company.
• Experience helping a product organization improve its operating standards and working effectively through ambiguity.
• Hands-on use of AI tools and prior experience building agent-driven workflows as productivity multipliers.
• Experience with Heap or comparable product analytics tools, Linear, Notion, and Customer.io; sufficient SQL skills to validate data.
• Experience operating a Voice of Customer program or partnering closely with an Insights or Research lead.
• Ability to operate as a peer to senior PMs and executives while working in a globally distributed, asynchronous-by-default environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with cross-border payments, FX, stablecoins, or B2B fintech infrastructure.
• Previous experience as a founding Product Operations hire or as the first individual contributor scaling a Product Operations function.
