Service and Maintenance Technician

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; on-site work with long-term outdoor duties

Salary: $25–$35 per hour

What you will do

• Follow planned maintenance schedules and complete repairs for equipment at the site.
• Commission, configure, upgrade, install, and maintain power-system products and related software.
• Assess power station operating status, prioritize maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain work logs, fault records, maintenance reports, and spare-parts inventories with appropriate safety stock levels.
• Respond to major maintenance issues and customer complaints while managing relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Support and mentor maintenance team members and collaborate with a multinational team under demanding timelines.

Requirements

• Technical diploma in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician.
• Knowledge of electrical and structural principles and the ability to use basic electrical tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently, identify safety risks, and resolve commissioning challenges on site.
• English is the working language.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds and perform physical site-maintenance activities.

Nice to have

• Experience in solar or power battery facilities.
• Mandarin language skills.
