What you will do

• Build and maintain the core three-statement and operating model with scenario and sensitivity layers.
• Manage valuation, due diligence, and pro-forma modeling for mergers and acquisitions.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for senior management, the board, and investors.
• Diagnose metric performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Automate recurring financial tasks using AI and spreadsheet tools to improve data validation and efficiency.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in integrated three-statement modeling and SaaS revenue recognition.
• Proven experience in forecasting, SaaS unit economics, and driver-based long-term modeling.
• Strong background in M&A valuation, purchase accounting, and entity integration.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Must be based in Montreal or Toronto and able to work in a hybrid environment.
