HR Business Partner II - Enterprise Operations

What you will do

• Provide strategic HR support, coaching, and consultation to senior managers on talent, people management, career development, and human capital matters.
• Lead the execution of human capital plans and annual people programs, including engagement, talent reviews, performance management, and compensation cycles.
• Advise leaders on talent deployment, organizational structure, workforce planning, and future capability needs.
• Participate in organizational change initiatives, including communication plans, employee engagement impact, and organizational design; lead transformation workstreams when assigned.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and internal functions such as Technology and Finance to improve HR service delivery and resolve human capital challenges.
• Use HR system information and analytics to provide data-driven recommendations while maintaining risk, regulatory, audit, and internal control standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in Human Resources or relevant business roles; alternatively, at least nine years of combined higher education and work experience, including five years in HR or relevant business roles.
• Proficiency with relevant software and HR analytics tools.
• Experience influencing others and building strong relationships with partners and leaders across functions.
• Work location: Buffalo, New York, United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Experience with HR systems and report generation.
• Knowledge of the supported business lines.
