TL;DR
Technical Program Manager (Aerospace AI): Leading the technical execution of mission-critical radar systems, software platforms, and data solutions for Space Domain Awareness, space superiority, and missile warning missions with an accent on systems engineering, customer engagement, and multidisciplinary program delivery. What you will do

  • Lead systems engineering and technical program execution from initiation through delivery.
  • Translate customer mission requirements into executable system solutions and coordinate software, hardware, data, operations, and engineering teams.
  • Manage integrated plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource forecasts, risks, issues, and corrective actions.
  • Lead radar architecture development, technical trade studies, performance evaluation, and sensor validation.
  • Support requirements management, system integration, testing, deployment, demonstrations, and operational readiness.
  • Serve as the primary technical and programmatic liaison for customers, leadership, business development, and capture teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, aerospace engineering, physics, systems engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience managing technical programs, engineering projects, or complex technology initiatives.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in software, systems engineering, aerospace, defense, or related technical environments.
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering, software development lifecycles, technical integration, and program management methodologies.
  • Experience managing customer-facing technical programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain any required security clearances.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Department of Defense, U.S. Space Force, Intelligence Community, NASA, or other national security customers.
  • Knowledge of Space Domain Awareness, Space Situational Awareness, radar systems, sensor networks, space operations, or command-and-control systems.
  • Experience with software-intensive, data-intensive, or mission systems programs.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification; experience with cloud architectures, data platforms, and modern software delivery.
  • Active U.S. security clearance or a master’s degree in a related discipline.
