Technical Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of moderately complex technical programs and projects, from scoping through final delivery.
• Partner with engineering, solution management, design, quality assurance, operations, and other stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables.
• Create and maintain technical project plans, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Identify and resolve technical risks and blockers affecting program timelines or quality.
• Report program status, challenges, progress, and actionable insights to leadership.
• Use AI tools and platforms to improve workflows, decision-making, and program delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies, or willingness to learn and incorporate AI solutions.
• Must work onsite in Overland Park, Kansas, United States.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed and follow applicable security policies.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology initiatives.
• Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, and GitHub.
