Technical Program Manager, Systems (R-19560)

What you will do

• Lead and govern complex programs spanning multiple projects, systems, business units, teams, and geographies.
• Define program strategy, governance frameworks, success metrics, KPIs, and delivery priorities.
• Coordinate interdependent initiatives across the Corporate Finance Systems portfolio.
• Manage program-level risks, issues, escalations, budgets, forecasts, resources, ROI, and value realization.
• Drive execution using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Provide executive reporting and connect technical teams with business stakeholders through steering committees, program reviews, and governance boards.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience managing end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs and coordinating interconnected projects.
• Expertise in program governance, portfolio management, prioritization, risk management, complex timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, portfolio tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, communicate with senior stakeholders, deliver executive-level reporting, and drive accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical discipline, or Business Management with comparable technical experience.
