Manager, Technology Procurement

Location: New York, NY; hybrid work with 3 days a week in the office required

Salary: $128,000–$149,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead data-driven strategic sourcing initiatives and complex contract negotiations across software, cloud infrastructure, and engineering contractors.
• Build stakeholder relationships and communicate procurement initiatives, renewals, consolidations, supplier usage, and spend insights.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Security, Legal, and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into effective contractual outcomes.
• Support technology infrastructure and engineering services procurement strategy across hirify.global Group brands.
• Identify and mitigate commercial, operational, security, compliance, financial, and supplier lock-in risks.
• Advise on contract structures, licensing models, renewals, and consumption patterns to improve spend efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• 3–5+ years of experience in technology procurement, including SaaS, cloud, or professional services.
• Advanced use of analytics and sourcing tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Ignite, Zip, and Tableau.
• Experience working in a multi-entity or fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
