What you will do

• Own the P&L, free cash flow forecast, long-range financial model, annual and quarterly planning, budgets, and variance analysis.
• Deliver weekly KPI reporting and prepare board and investor reporting packages.
• Run deal desk operations, develop pricing guardrails, and manage sales commission and incentive plans.
• Build financial models for the labeling services business, including project profitability, utilization, margins, capacity, and resource forecasting.
• Lead board meeting preparation, strategic business cases, scenario planning, and coordination with external accounting, tax, and payroll providers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, business analytics, or management consulting at a high-growth startup.
• Experience building financial infrastructure largely from scratch, potentially as the first dedicated finance hire.
• Strong command of SaaS metrics, including ARR, NDR, CAC payback, and gross margin.
• Advanced financial modeling, analytical, executive reporting, and board materials preparation skills.
• Ability to build persuasive business cases, own complex projects end-to-end, and operate with minimal direction.
• Familiarity with current AI tools and a strong attention to detail.
