Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in New York, NY; Austin, TX; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA

Salary: $157,000 – $209,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical departments, from proactive sourcing to closing.
• Partner with leadership as a talent advisor to sharpen hiring strategies using market data.
• Drive workforce planning and identify talent gaps to ensure rapid scaling.
• Rebuild recruiting processes by integrating AI tools to improve speed and quality.
• Track and optimize pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill metrics.
• Build and maintain hiring infrastructure, including interview frameworks and scorecards.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within competitive, high-growth markets.
• Ability to anticipate business needs and provide strategic insights to hiring managers.
• Expertise in creative sourcing strategies and engaging passive talent.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring pipeline conversion and source quality.
• Uncompromising standards for talent quality and mission alignment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in technical recruiting for AI, infrastructure, or deep-tech markets.
• Background in high-growth or zero-to-one talent acquisition environments.
• Expertise in sourcing craft and specialized recruiting tooling.
