Regional Finance Leader (SaaS)

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina. On-site, with an office-first culture and occasional onboarding travel to Auckland, New Zealand.

What you will do

• Own the complete South America finance function, from ledger operations through regional finance strategy.
• Establish the Argentine entity, controls, compliance processes, and finance operating model.
• Lead regional tax, statutory reporting, audits, transfer pricing, accounts receivable, supplier onboarding, and negotiations.
• Own FP&A, forecasting, management reporting, financial modeling, and revenue planning with regional sales and Revenue Operations.
• Manage treasury, cash, foreign exchange, liquidity, and operational finance matters including HR and property.
• Partner with the regional GM and leadership while building the finance team as the region scales.

Requirements

• Senior finance leadership experience spanning controllership, compliance, and FP&A.
• Strong knowledge of Argentine and broader South American tax, statutory audit, and regulatory environments.
• Strong financial modeling, planning, and reporting capabilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to partner with leadership, work independently, and take ownership while building a team.
• Comfort with ambiguity and experience establishing new functions rather than only maintaining existing ones.

Nice to have

• Experience setting up finance functions or entities in a new market.
• Experience with high-inflation or complex-currency environments.
• SaaS or hardware-enabled SaaS experience.
• Experience using AI to create leverage across finance.
