What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Analyze company performance against targets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with department leads to align on reporting needs and gather financial inputs.
• Track and report on key business metrics and KPIs on a regular cadence.
• Prepare financial performance summaries and materials for quarterly board meetings.
• Identify and implement improvements for financial reporting processes and tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
• Must be based in Brazil and able to work during US Eastern time zone.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with strong financial modeling skills.
• Demonstrated experience building polished, executive-level presentations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup or SaaS/tech environment.

• Familiarity with BI and reporting tools.
