Manager, Commercial Finance

Location: Full-time remote work in California, Nevada, Oregon, or Washington State, aligned with the Pacific Time Zone. Quarterly attendance at in-person team gatherings is expected.

Salary: $133,000–$162,000 for other California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington locations; $145,000–$177,000 for the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles/Orange County, and Seattle. Compensation includes a 10% quarterly bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own daily and weekly revenue reporting workflows, trackers, attainment dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Prepare KPI review materials, Board of Directors presentations, and Senior Leadership Team materials.
• Analyze revenue movements and provide concise commentary explaining performance trends.
• Support quarterly sales target-setting by reconciling bottoms-up data with top-down forecasts and surfacing risks and opportunities.
• Lead commercial commission reviews and provide analysis for compensation and incentive decisions.
• Improve financial reporting infrastructure, perform ad hoc analysis, and partner with Revenue, Sales Operations, and GTM teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Expert Excel and Google Sheets skills, including building, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex reporting files.
• Strong data analysis skills across multiple data sources, including discrepancy reconciliation and data integrity checks.
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting, KPI reviews, Board materials, or Senior Leadership Team presentations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to format data and write concise commentary for executive audiences.
• Experience in commercial finance or sales finance, preferably in a high-growth or ad tech environment.
