GTM Finance, Senior Manager (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid, San Francisco, California, United States

Base salary: $160,000–$195,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Own the financial model, annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and ARR and bookings reporting across Sales functions.
• Partner with the CRO, business development, revenue operations, and other GTM leaders on investment decisions, sales capacity, pipeline coverage, and AE unit economics.
• Build models for complex sales motions, deal structuring, pricing frameworks, and efficiency initiatives across mid-market and enterprise segments.
• Collaborate with People, Operations, and Analytics teams on headcount planning, organizational scaling, territory design, and quota allocation.
• Work with Business Intelligence to deliver executive dashboards, improve data governance, and automate planning workflows across financial systems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, or investment banking, including direct support for GTM or Sales organizations in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics, including ARR, net retention rate, LTV/CAC, sales capacity, pipeline hygiene, and incentive compensation structures.
• Experience influencing senior leadership and translating complex financial data into actionable guidance for non-finance stakeholders.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and hands-on proficiency with Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based at the San Francisco headquarters.

Nice to have

• Experience with Anaplan, Adaptive, or Planful.
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automated data workflows, or advanced analytics for FP&A.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
