Senior Product Manager (Industrial AI)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; hybrid work opportunities are supported.

Salary: $130,000–$180,000 USD annually plus bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for Aerospace & Defense MRO products.
• Conduct MRO market and competitive analysis, identify customer needs, and build investment cases.
• Engage with MRO customers, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and feedback.
• Define requirements for Heavy Maintenance, Complex Assembly MRO, and Component MRO processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize features and guide product development.
• Define KPIs, support go-to-market planning, and communicate product updates and roadmap plans.

Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering or a related STEM field; an MBA is a plus.
• Experience in the aviation and Aerospace & Defense industry with an Airline, MRO organization, or OEM.
• Proven experience bringing complex MRO products from concept through deployment.
• Strong understanding of MRO tools, processes, and regulatory requirements, including interaction with Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions.
• Experience leading through influence and driving results across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with customers and senior leadership.
