What you will do

• Lead legal support for the International Region across EMEA and APAC, aligning legal strategy with regional business priorities.
• Advise regional leadership and go-to-market teams on key business decisions and legal risks.
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial, partner, customer, vendor, and subcontractor agreements, including strategic transactions.
• Advise on and implement regulatory requirements, including GDPR, NIS2, and DORA.
• Oversee labor, employment, corporate, compliance, privacy, litigation, procurement, and real estate matters.
• Manage external legal providers, regional litigation, legal budgets, and collaboration with global Legal, Finance, and Tax functions.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of post-qualification experience and a relevant legal degree.
• Proven success in a similar senior legal role within technology companies.
• Experience managing legal teams of at least four members.
• Broad expertise in commercial contracting, corporate law, litigation, regulatory matters, labor law, compliance, and privacy.
• Strong judgment, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under intense deadlines in a fast-paced, complex business environment.
