Bilingual HR Generalist

Salary: $70,304–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, retention, training, performance management, and HR compliance activities.
• Coach managers on employee relations, discipline, performance improvement plans, corrective action plans, separations, and related investigations.
• Maintain personnel records for hires, promotions, transfers, reviews, terminations, pay changes, and government reporting.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, talent reviews, manager development, and quarterly engagement action plans.
• Investigate grievances and personnel matters, participate in hearings, conduct exit interviews, and prepare separation and reduction-in-force documentation.
• Partner with operations, finance, and site management on compensation reviews, HR projects, reporting, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of HR legal requirements, government reporting regulations, employee relations, and workplace policies.
• A valid driver’s license and compliance with hirify.global Driver Approval requirements may be required.
• Completion of required safety and task training certifications.
