Head of Treasury (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the Treasury P&L and maximize profits from merchant-fund interest, liquidity arrangements, FX revenue, and cross-border fund movements.
• Design funding, liquidity, bank-account, float-allocation, and liquidity-forecasting strategies across global and local entities.
• Manage FX pricing, spreads, hedging, netting strategies, and related exposure-risk frameworks.
• Negotiate with banking and financial partners on FX pricing, fees, deposit rates, fund placements, and liquidity provisioning.
• Explore stablecoins and other financial instruments and support related internal use cases.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Financial Operations, Product, Engineering, Growth, Financial Partnerships, and Finance & Accounting to build and operationalize the treasury function.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of treasury experience, including 3–5 years leading Treasury in fintech or a similar industry.
• Experience optimizing yields on held funds, including interest rates and time deposits.
• Experience managing FX, including spreads, hedging risk, and netting strategies.
• Experience designing funding and liquidity strategies and managing financial partners such as banks and debt providers.
• Experience defining the technology and tool stack for a Treasury function.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build internal and external relationships.
