Finance Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end understanding of funds flows across products, partners, entities, and operational systems.
• Develop reconciliation reporting and maintain accuracy across entities and payment flows.
• Strengthen accounting controls, governance frameworks, and operational risk management.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Compliance, banking partners, and Finance stakeholders to implement scalable financial processes.
• Support licensing-related funds flow and operational setups in Thailand and future markets.
• Manage cash flow, intercompany transactions, settlements, reporting, audits, compliance requirements, and process automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Reconciliation, Treasury, Payments, or related functions.
• Strong Excel, data reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end funds flow, reconciliation, accounting controls, and governance across systems and entities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• A degree in Accountancy is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting licensing setups, financial structure changes, or large-scale operational transformations.
• Exposure to payment operations, banking partnerships, or regulated financial businesses.
• Strong tax knowledge, including VAT and tax implications for regulated financial businesses.
• Understanding of company structure design and tax optimization concepts.
