What you will do
- Oversee daily liquidity management, funding requirements, cash positions, and working capital across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
- Manage payment, merchant settlement, card scheme, processor, and banking treasury activities.
- Lead relationships with global and regional banking partners, including banking facilities, safeguarding accounts, settlement structures, and liquidity solutions.
- Manage foreign exchange exposure, country risk, counterparty risk, liquidity risk, risk limits, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with payment services, remittance, safeguarding, AML, treasury regulations, audits, and reporting requirements.
- Drive treasury automation, cash visibility, settlement efficiency, forecasting, and reconciliation improvements in collaboration with Product, Finance, Operations, and Compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- 10+ years of treasury experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience managing liquidity, payments, settlements, banking relationships, foreign exchange, and treasury risk.
- Ability to work with regulatory, safeguarding, AML, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
